RFID Standalone Attendance System: The purpose of building this System is to capture Attendance of Students and to send a SMS to Parents that their child arrived/departed at Institute. Hardware features LED lights or screens to indicate Power status, Internet Connectivity Status, Fault status When RFID Card is presented in front of SYSTEM , it must be read it, and Buzzing sound or Status Light must blink. system must create a cache file of data recorded in case of no connectivity with server. once there is connectivity Auto Push raw data Cache to Database directly. Raw Data sample format: 1. Device ID – used to denote the Hardware ID 2. Card Number – RFID identification number 3. DateTime - TimeStamp when RFID is captured There must be an option to configuration Database Server settings + to assign Device ID into Device. PFA System flow for understanding. Note: Use Standard Hardware that are easily available in Indian Market, so that another kits can be configured. Requirement will be discussed in details later on.
