The heikin_ashi calculation and ha_candle status have been unchanged from the original code. A change_time variable has been added to check if the current time is equal to the time_specification input. An alertcondition has been added to trigger an alert when the change_time is true, which indicates that the Heikin Ashi color has changed at the specified time. The Heikin Ashi candles are plotted using the plot function with the appropriate color specified by the ha_candle variable.
