I need a PLC Programmer for Automation Direct CLICK PLUS PLC

This is an Automation Direct CLICK PLUS PLC system. Please do not bid if you are not familiar with the CLICK PLC series and the programming software. Our development platform is accessible via VPN running L2TP over IPsec. We will provide VPN connection details once the project is awarded. Project scope: (More detailed functional descriptions will be provided once we award the project) This PLC system is for commercial deployment to customer locations. It controls various valves and relays based on liquid tank levels, pressures, and timers. An App is being developed separately based on MQTT data sent to the MQTT broker from the PLC. Programming is for C2-03CPU CLICK PLUS PLC, with EA3-T4CL HMI, and C2-08DR-6C discrete/analog combo module. Need HMI display, setup, configuration, and control for: Qty-4: 4-20mA analog transducer inputs (2 for tank level, 1 for pump pressure, 1 ORP sensor) Qty-2: Analog outputs: Just mirroring one of the analog inputs to a 4-20mA output. Qty-4: Discrete Inputs (sensing valve position indicators and manual triggers) Qty-4: Discrete Outputs (controlling up to 4 relays based on thresholds & timers. System-Level Functions: The device needs to be able to be set-up by customers with no PLC knowledge through the HMI. Need to be able to set Network parameters (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, DHCP, Static IP, MQTT parameters, etc.) through the HMI only. Service Interval Alerts • Reminders up to 365 days: Programmable reminders for System Maintenance, UV Maintenance, Filter Maintenance. System Security: • Prevent customers from accessing or copying the PLC programming • Prevent external access from Ethernet to Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi to Ethernet • Disable Bluetooth? Datalogging: • Write a “reasonable” set of events, system status and transducer values to the SD card so historical trend data can be updated through the App or made available to a technician.
