Hi there, Thank you for posting. I have watched the video and I can see you used forms. I believe the MS Forms can still work. The Data can be stored in a SharePoint List using Power Automate and you can update the Data from SharePoint List. We can design the SharePoint List Form to Look better while you make your update. We can also create a Flow with Power Automate for selected List Items to either Send details to emails or create a PDF Form. Power Apps also is also possible.
