US Government Supplier

We are expanding our team and we are looking for a detail-oriented, professional and analytical US Government Supplier Specialist. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (Business, Finance, Law, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, etc.) or equivalent experience - Knowledgeable with Federal procurement processes - Developed relationships with US governmental purchasing agents - Experienced in the full proposal life cycle - Experienced in US Governmental sales - Customer-service experience a plus - Demonstrated experience organizing proposal materials, rapidly assimilating information, and providing guidance - Strong understanding of US government requests for proposals (RFPs)/Deep Understanding and knowledge of RFI and RFP submissions. Additional requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Analytical abilities with a strong sense of urgency - Possess strong business acumen - Ability to develop strong interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Ability to organize/prioritize/coordinate efforts in order to achieve results - Ability to operate under little supervision - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Responsibilities and Duties: - Read, review, analyze, and interpret proposals and objectives of solicitations to develop proposal strategies and plans of action - Provide insight, recommendations, and creative solutions based on past successes and industry practices to develop winning proposals - Coordinate company resources to support the development of proposals and maintain proposal schedules - Remain fully informed at all times of solicitation requirements and ensure compliance with all proposals - Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the proposal process, supporting tools, templates, artifacts, and knowledge management platforms - Write, proofread, edit content and other materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency of documents - Conduct/Attend proposal progress status meetings Thank you for taking the time to take a look at this Job Posting, Viteri Accounting & Financial Services is looking forward to your application!
