So, it's all about chatbot. Hope you are doing well. I can help you to create a chatbot which can ask for these details and than pass it via API as a parameter to the backend. And if you want than i can handle the backend too, i can save them in a file , or .csv or in database. But it seems you don't want database. I can develop an interactive chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence and NLP. And if you want i can integrate it with Website or facebook messenger too. Hello sir/ma'am I'm a backend and chatbot developer. I have 1.5 years of experience in a similar industry. If it helps you may check out my previous project which almost does the same job you are looking for. Never the less let's have a chat to better understanding the requirement. BTW here is my previous project: A NLP to SQL converter. basically when someone asks "whats the price of dellxyz laptop?" it can convert the query "select price from tb_laptop where model=dellxyz". all the entities like price, model etc are not pre defined and but dynamic. And it can be integrated with literally any DB. Never the less it's just a show case that what I can build for you.
