Hi friend ,iam a software developer by profession,iam working as a fullstack developer,we can do it using python selenium or even simpler selenium wrapper called helium, if speed is concerned instead of selenium we can mimic xhr requests of website to make it even faster ,if from mobile app needed we can unpin ssl and mitm to get APIs,we can also use multiprocessing or multithreading to make concurrency possible, if u r interested let's discuss
