Speech to Text

I'm in need of a simple GUI interface to be implemented on any available open source speech to text code, which the concerned party will be required to download by himself/ herself. This interface will be a means of communication between the user and the open source code, ideally such than even a disabled individual may use it without hassles. Any speech by the user once recognized should be printed on screen taking into consideration the user speaks in English only. The concerned party will also be required to make documentation and explaining the code in layman's terms.
