I am looking for an extensive research on the mobile app trends in the Fashion / Apparel and cosmetics industry today. In the report I am expecting a detailed study on: 1. How the world's top apparel brands (e.g. Calvin Klein, Chanel, Guess? etc.) are using mobile apps to digitize their: a. Marketing process b. Customer retention c. Loyalty programs d. Innovative ideas of merchandising 2. The same study (mentioned above) to be done for their social media strategy (social networking, social videos etc.) 3.
