We have a JSON/REST API that connects Ecwid, [login to view URL], and Litmos, an online learning system. Purchasers buy online training in Ecwid, and the API passes it into Salesforce (for tracking) and Litmos (where the user takes the course). Unfortunately, the API integration with Saleforce is buggy, and the API was (mis)designed in such a way that when it fails to properly add a record to Salesforce, it adds the transaction to Litmos repeatedly, which generates duplicate accounts and emails to the user.
I believe that an experienced API developer could correct this problem relatively easily.

Hi,
I have a team of salesforce certified admins and developers with a collective experience of over 7 years in salesforce. The team has expertise in REST/JSON API and have done several API integrations in the past. The 15 days is just a guesstimate once we see the API and code we may be able to do it faster or may take longer. However we would need to look at what the issue is first.
Let us know if you wish to discuss further.
Regards,
Chandan
Ditch Salesforce, they advertise no software but then they want you to do programming to get your functionality. Go with Smartdbapps instead where you can do all you tracking and CRM (in addition to websites using data) with no coding whatsoever. Smartdbapps can do the work of all 3 application you are using.
I'm currently working on developing APIs for various clients in the financial and media industries with a product named Apigee. We develop code in Linux shell scripts, Python, Java, and JavaScript with XML and JSON objects. It sounds like you are really close to completing this and you just need an extra set of eyes to review and update you code.
I am a salesforce apex developer. I have developed and tested restful services, triggers and workflows that handled the manipulation of content. I have also worked on the config side of force.com.
I have created many webservices
Created triggers to manage the lifecycle of a content proxy
Workflows were created as needed
Configuration as needed
