Business Development

Acquire new business with new contacts and leads ("B to B"); ►Actively prospect new contacts, leads and deal opportunities; ►Implement several different outbound strategies to identify, engage, and drive new sales prospects through the sales process; ►Work with a goal-oriented mentality and sense of urgency to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas; ►Hold responsibility for the development and achievement of sales goals; ►Develop an in-depth understanding of the target customers' businesses, strategies, goals, pain points, markets, and value chain; ►Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, provide input to management and adjust sales plans and approaches accordingly; ►Map target companies' organizational structures, and build relationships to navigate them; ►Identify and participate in conferences, SNUG Meetings, and other networking activities to prospect new contacts and leads; ►Work with Pre-Sales team to understand customer's requirements, present demos and define solutions to be presented; ►Create and negotiate proposals; ►Engage with arriving leads provided by the company to generate opportunities and close deals; ►Provide feedback from prospects to management and delivery teams to improve offerings; ►Maintain accurate information on sales activities and pipeline through the use of CRM tools; ►Provide accurate data for the planning and execution of sales targets and pipeline; Nice to have: ►Experience with ServiceNow Platform. ►Sales training certificates, particularly for solution selling; ►Process-driven / Data-driven.
