ha ha, i trust its not you, but the story that you are using for consumer communication that might be sucking.
what i mean? everyone knows how to setup ad and run and, have access to same set of tools. then X company generate better results from Y? STORY. A right marketing story or brand story, that can connect emotionally with your brand and products, and can provoke them to act, is what causes all the difference.
in your case specifically, beside focusing on a niche audience that might be running short on time to access gym, or want personalized recommendations, i believe we shall use some campaign story. something like... #NoGymNoExcuse or #BeatYourFall
so that we can even inspire our audience, before selling our plans.
