Social Media & Email Marketing Expert

I need a digital marketing specialist who's proficient in social media management and email marketing. Our primary focus is on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and blog posts. The major goals for our social media campaign include increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and ultimately increasing sales. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing social media strategies across different platforms - Creating engaging and relevant content for posts - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and insights - Managing email marketing campaigns and creating email content - Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed - Identify & Create Call to Actions (CTA) on platform to boost ROI. - Develop ideas and creating useful content (articles, Blogs, White Papers, etc.) for users on the website - Developing a content campaign that drives traffic, improves customer engagement on multiple channels - Website and Social Media. - Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets for Partnerships and business development. - Assist with Social Media Performance Report and prepare KPI’s - Track, compile, report and analyze all web statistics in a timely manner, communicating useful trends and other observations to the management. - Troubleshoot remotely any online marketing issues. The ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in social media management - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices - Excellent communication and copywriting skills - Ability to analyze data and draw insights - Familiarity with social media analytics tools - Experience: 4 to 5 years, must be a self-starter and motivated. Preferred if worked for companies offering B2B or Online services. - Qualification: Certification in SEO & Digital Marketing must. Must have good knowledge of Moz, SEMrush, Sales Navigator, Search Engine optimsation & Social Media Marketing platforms. - Language: English, Hindi, Native language.
