My wife and I run a coaching business. My wife is the star and I do the operations. Most of our business is done online but some face-to-face. It is a mixture of career coaching and business coaching to individuals and companies. A mixture of clients in Australia, USA, Canada, NZ and Asia. We are looking to reduce the admin we both do. Here are some things we need help with: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - We are looking for someone to repurpose content we produce and re-purpose for Facebook and Instagram. For example, if we post an article or video to LinkedIn, can you re-purpose some of it for Instagram. Or if we write a blog, cut some of it for a Facebook post. That sort of thing. CALENDAR / EMAIL MANAGEMENT - My wife gets a lot of emails and she needs help organising. Same with her calendar. Also replying to emails. I envisage she could leave you a voicemail about a specific email and you can reply on her behalf. (This would need to be done same day.) TRAVEL PLANNING - We don't have much booked at the moment but does happen now and then. PA - Not sure what things you can do here but sometimes our personal admin gets hectic.

Hey there, sounds like you and your wife have a lot of work that needs to be taken care of. Good thing is that you are in the right place. I have over 2 years experience working with social media. Instagram/facebook/linkedin, not so much with twitter sadly but the concept is pretty much the same. I can work on illustrator/photoshop to make designs and have some videography experience if that is required. I have worked in sales so email management has always been my priority. If you are sending close to 400 emails everyday and receiving hundreds of replies it is of utmost importance that you categorize and mark each folder to make sure everything is organised. Lastly for any other jobs including booking flights, trains or transport, hotels etc can be handled. There are many other jobs that iam capable of handling including calling and appointment booking, handling your documentations, transcriptions etc. Since this job already got about 100 bids I doubt that you'll see y post but if you do, feel free to send me a message so we can discuss the details of the job and get started on making your life a lot easier.
