Develop a cryptocurrency based on DAG (like Iota/raiblock)

We are looking to develop a DAG based, no transaction fee currency like iota/raiblock. The right person for this task should have experience working with cryptocurrencies and understands the difference between proof of work, proof of stake, proof of burn styles of currencies and specifically DAG based currencies. You must be innovative and able to understand the goals and problem solve to come up with the solution. Before finalization, NDAs will need to be signed, and we would need a call to confirm full understanding of the project. Only bid if you have some experience with this type of work.
