This will be an in house diagnostic tool. The aim the tool will be installed and run on a client’s PC, it will then provide a report with recommendations to technicians and assist them in better looking after customers, providing better revenues while providing a solution focused selling technique. Longer term this will integrate with KITS (custom cloud software application, currently in development) and send the report to the ticket for that user. It will scan hard drives, test ram and scan for viruses, checks paid Antivirus, checks for Microsoft Office, and checks for battery run down history. The report will be produced and send it to KITS. This report will include advice to the technician which will be fed directly into KITS. KITS will read this report and will produce an estimate automatically (which will not yet be published) and attached the report in the comments. Once the PC is restarted the program will automatically uninstall itself. See the Attached Scope for detail.

Hi, very interesting project! I will be very happy to successfully realize it for You. Based upon my experience, it can be easily done via a transparent interface. All absolutely self-installing and self-uninstalling. It's a clean and fully configurable tech that I used in this and the past year, full time, in order to develop a concurrent testing utility. This is an expandable tech that can easily be configured to work with external apps or com interface.
