Hello, I plan to write this in Java, as it will then assuredly run on all computers, and there are multiple graphics libraries that would fit this task perfectly. If you can provide some images or ideas of what should be on the cards, that would be fantastic. If you want a multiplayer option, that should be possible as well.

I have a good experience at LibGDX game development. I don't have much experience on C++ but it is an easy to do on C++.
