Windows Service, to make brigde between communication port and web service

Need to develop a Windows Service application and an interface to interact with this service. The Windows Service will have request from another application on a port and get the information to reply from another system that have web service XML-RPC. The present document specifies the integration between 2 separated systems. The system developed will be a windows service, that will provide a communication socket to allow System A to request information. Then the Windows Service will check/get the information from the Web Service, to reply to the System A. The system to develop will have 3 components: • Windows Service • Interface to the service and configurations • Small App to generate a Key The Windows Service will need a license to work. When install/start by the first time, will work for a maximum period of xx days, without a license. After this period, if don’t have a license, will stop reply request. The license can be install/upload during the trial or after. At the end we will be the owner and access to the code, and the code must be provide working and compiling to me. During development, we want to have access to the code, to make our own tests. Language to be used Microsoft .Net (2015 or 2017) The project will be completed, after I have the program and the source code.
