Windows OS Software for coffee printer

I need an software which will be control screen of the device. Device will be 7" tablet which can operate Windows 10. I will try to give some detail to make you understand flow of the app at this first stage. Please read all requirements and reply to me if you are sure that you can make this %100. Thanks. Basic Flow of the app: User can choose image from our online content libary ( from Ftp Server) and they can edit those images with smileys or text and user should be able to adjust brithness and contrast of the image. Images has to be converted to one color on the screen (we prefer Brown). After editting user will touch print button and tablet will send the printing data to the printer. Requirements of the app; - App will have some catagories for images (Fun, Romatic, Baristas Favorite vb.) as a reference you can take a sip from video (link bellow the requirements) - When touched on prefered image user will see preview of the print or on same page user can change the positioning inside of the circle for image. With pich move with two finger make scalling of the image. There should be a text box button for adding a text and smileys(User should be able to choose Font style). If design is okay user can touch press button or edit button further changes such as brightness, contrast vb. -Center of the Image has to be in specific position . (Only admin can change this parameter.) For example center of image (x,y) (from left “x” mm from top “y”mm) -Prints has to be counted to ftp server for maintanence alert. -App has to count every print and record them on FTP server to .txt file if its possible excel file. -If total print reach manufacturer defined limit app has to promt the user like “low ink level reach tech support” and app should send the report to manufacturer as well such as “S/N999999999 promted low ink level”. -Control card of the device will be connecter to android device with otg cable as well like printer. When print command touched app will send message “1” to control card when message “2” received from control card app will send printing data to printer via usb. -In settings app should have language section as well. I will add some aditional things as well like support button to see contacts etc. But i think its enough for now.
