I am looking for an developer, who can develop an simple video dashboard for me, that will be running on an Raspberry PI. When the program / dashboard is open it should be possible to present an overview of videos presented in squares with an pictura and short description. When an user push on one of the videos it has to play the video in full screen. When the video is finished, the video should automatically shut down and the video dashboard should be shown again. My budget is USD 200 for this project, and I need an developer who will be able to finish this project within a week.
