We have a device with the Fintek F81866D Super I/O chipset that has a watchdog. Void Linux detects the watchdog timer correctly (/dev/watchdog and /dev/watchdog0) and its entry is present. I need help with activating and using the watchdog timer as well as configuring it. Step by step instructions and software source codes (if needed) are expected as deliverables. Hi, I am an experienced system admin having vast knowledge of different Linux servers. I have worked on many similar and complex projects before. I have good knowledge of watchdog and can install watchdog in your EPIC Board. I found that your motherboard has Intel chipset and as of the watchdog documentation it support Intel chipest.
