Our company provides an enterprise customer interaction solution, iService, targeted to companies with high volume interactions (customer service emails, web form inquiries, live chat). We're relaunching the product and will be conducting various lead generation campaigns, including outbound email, content marketing, and social media campaigns. The product is sold as either on-premise or delivered as a SaaS cloud-based solution. I'm looking for an inside sales person to follow up on leads from email campaigns and conduct outbound telemarketing calls. You should have prior experience with appointment setting and lead generation. Any experience as a sales manager would be a plus. You should have experience selling B2B software. When responding, provide specifics about the types of products you have sold and the process you followed. You will be using our iService product to manage leads, phone call notes, follow up emails, and other sales tasks. This is a long-term position that would initially report directly to me.
