TeleMates is currently looking for additional BPO provider partners globally to assist us expand our B2B sales operations. You will be calling Australian Business Customers (B2B). TeleMates has been offering fixed wire services nationally for over 8 years now. With over 45’000+ customers we are no small company and we do all our own Billing and Customer Service in-house. We are looking for new partners to assist with Business and residential sales. We have the ability to process an unlimited amount of sales per month but are looking for partners that can offer not less than 200 quality B2B sales per month. All sales are uploaded to our web based billing system, we do final verifications and processing. The leading provider in Australia is Telstra with 80%+ market share of the fixed wire phone service market. TeleMates guarantees in writing to beat all advertised Telstra Retail rates. Our rates can’t be beaten and this has made us very popular with our customers. All rates plans and customer terms are on our website and we invite you to visit it [login to view URL] (Note our Line rental for Business customers is only $29 and this is using the same Telstra Network customers are currently using NOT VOIP. Very easy sell [login to view URL] ) TeleMates wholesales its network access directly with Telstra Wholesale and as such has full access to all Telstra Wholesale products and services. Bids should be for 200 sales in a month. EG: if you are offering to do 200 sales at $70 each your bid would be $70 x 200 = $14’000. If you can do more then 200 sales that's great but please only base your bid on the amount you will charge for 200 approved sales. We are looking for partners that can start IMMEDIATELY! We provide full DNC Washed Data ready for you to call. You only need to provide the staff and the ability to call with full call recordings. We provide a full web based system to upload your sales. PLEASE NOTE: We don’t want agents that will outsource this project further. If you don’t own the call center you are going to use then please don’t bid on this project.
