I am writing to share with you the journey that has shaped my professional growth. I started my career as an agent at a company where, within two years, my potential was recognized by my supervisor. This led to an encouragement to apply for the Subject Matter Expert (SME) role, and I was fortunate to be promoted to Supervisor within a year.
However, after fulfilling my 30-day notice period, I decided to seek new opportunities that would allow me to broaden my skill set and experience. This led me to attend a training camp in the Philippines to become an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant.
This training was instrumental in refining my skills and ensuring my ability to provide profitable products. I utilized tools like SAS for data analysis, Keepa Graph for price tracking, and Google Sheets for data organization. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in cold calling and telesales using platforms like Zendesk and Aircall.
This journey has been pivotal in my professional development and continues to shape my career growth. I look forward to bringing these skills and experiences to future opportunities.
