We are currently doing some tele-marketing in house; we are finding it quite costly and of course very time consuming. Also our current team are only part time so we are looking maybe to increase this to 5 days a week. We are a translations agency and we are trying to generate new business from our lists, we have all the data we need, we just need an experienced person to work through it and drum up new business for us. Our current process is: • Call the potential client/company • Ask if they do translations and would like some more information.... • ....If YES then we send them a tailored letter.
