AI-tool for photo-editing web-app -- 2

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, neural networks, prompt engineering, building trained models! We are creating a project based on an AI photo editing tool. Right now we are creating a website for which we need the main AI solution to be found\ created and integrated. The language of the website is Java Script. The framework is [login to view URL] (React). So far it looks like we need our own pre-trained model based on some existing neural network + a package of prompts for the styles we need. But you can offer your own solution. There is an example of an app that implements almost entirely our idea and quality of editing - [login to view URL] (its speed is several times faster in the application). TensorFlow and OpenAI were used in this project, so experience with these tools is a priority! What do we need from a tool? A person goes to the site, uploads a photo and, without choosing anything else, gets 5 styles of editing his photo (each style in 3 variants). Examples of styles: - cyberpunk - barbie world - disco dancer - anime - cinematic The tool must: - accurately identify gender, age group, number of persons (people) - keep the faces as similar to the original as possible. Make them a little more beautiful. - produce results up to 20 seconds (our goal is up to 10 seconds) - produce high-quality results without strong dependence on the position of bodies / faces of people in the image, - it must be possible to add / change prompts at any time - produce tasty, beautiful images with awesome editing. - work as stable as possible and not be afraid of heavy demands If there are impossible points here - we are ready to discuss.
