Animate and create UV maps*

Hi guys, I'm working for a company whose client is launching an coloring book application which will take a kids coloring page(which should be the UV map of a model) and applies it to an model and such that the coloring pages gets to life. this has been implemented by many developers. so here are my requirement: 1. An UV map which should be similar to attached gif file. 2. I've few rigged 3d models which have to be animated. animations should be a walk cycle, an idle animation and cute animation like animals jumping or creatures scaring or cute monsters giving a kiss. 3. files have to be tested and packed as an unity package. 4. I've two concepts which have to be developed from the scratch. so modelling, rigging, animation and UV maps. I've total 48 3d models in maya and fbx formats which have to converted to the above requirements and most of them are pre-animated. a sample maya file has been attached in the post for you to show me a proof of concept. I need this work to be done in a week as my clients launch date is in first week of November 2015. thanks and PM me for more clarification.
