Build me a 3D Graphic software

More than 25 years building high quality software and solving bugs/wrong logic in pre-existing systems. That experience permits me to have exceptional quality standards in Analysis / Design / Programming. My code is small, fast and reliable without compromising understanding and mostly executed in C++ I made one 2D Vector animation program. You can see it's picture in my portfolio. As example, detects object with high precision in real time faster and with the same precision as a CAD program. I can provide it for you or make a demo. You can check the speed and reliability. Checked the basic of most 3D engines, and found some that can be used in your project to render in 3D for free. I also made my architecture drawings of my own house in Auto Cad and I use Unreal Engine 4, so I also understand what is necessary from the user point of view.
