Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - if you need the step file (or iges, x_t, etc) is not mandatory to be designed in SW - Autodesk Inventor works much better :) 2 - i seen you have the lid overlapped on the case (which looks like an enclosure for a video-interphone or alike) - why don't you make the assembly look slicker and like in one piece?... (the lid to have the edges at the same level/plane with the case) 3 - i guess you will also need the acryl piece for the led stripes... 4 - will need some dimensions for the locking cylinder 5 - using a c shaped gasket will be a bit more complicated than using a bottom channel gasket where a lip of the lid to protube and assure the perfect sealing... we could discuss all the details here...
