Native SLOVENIAN needed to call SLOVENIAN customers for feedback

Hi guys, I need someone with SLOVENE to call customers who have purchased from us in SLOVENIA, but still have not collected their parcels from GLS. We sell products online, with Cash on Delivery payment option. Every day we have about 5-10 customers who do not receive their parcels from GLS and we need to find out why. - is it because they do not want to receive it - is it because they do not know that their parcel is already with GLS - is it because they have arranged another day for delivery with GLS - or something else. I will provide an excel file with customer details, what they have ordered, when and their tracking number with GLS. To make the calls I will send you login details to SKYPE with money inside, so what you need to do is just enter Skype and make calls to customers phone numbers. With the calls you will be collecting information only why the customer does not receive their parcel, which they have ordered themselves. If they have not been notified by GLS about the delivery, you will have to tell them the tracking number of their parcel and the phone number of GLS so they can call them and arrange a delivery. With your feedback we can contact GLS too and make sure they deliver the packages to the customers. It will take you probably 30 min, maximum 1 hour to call the customers.
