Chef PEM Keys & Post Install Trouble Shooting

chef server 12.8 chefwork dk 16.28 on Ubuntu trying to get Chef PEM Keys & Post Install Trouble Shooting. Have a webex setup (you can see my screen and I can pass control to you) an skype - looking for someone right away and solve this right away. Need someone who is clear on CHEF and KEYs and CONFIGURATION / SETUP.
