Hello, I am expert in 3D graphics since more than 20 years ago ... I have few weeks working in unity, but of course, rotate a earth, get the click 3d position, and so on, is a common 3D problem that I can solve. THen, open a pop up with the message and scroll then should be also possible. I have master and PhD in graphics computing. I should be an option for this project. BEst regards!
