Digital Marketing Video Editing Services

We want to produce a promotional video to market our Information Technology consulting company targeting our security and cloud services. We have already recorded video content using FPV and Cinematic Drones so the Freelancers that will get this project can select the content they deem most relevant for the topic and to gather customer interest. We will share in a Cloud Drive the video content, video text (around 7 slides with bullets) that will appear as recommended, AI translated audio files of the text content that will be displayed on the video (1 file per slide), royalty free IT images and videos from our primary security vendor. We will provide the following on a collaborative Cloud Drive: - Sample DaVinci Resolve 18 project with the Text slides already created so that the Freelancer can modify it as recommended for better impact to the viewer - Video goals, target, customer base, related and similar videos, marketing recommendations and a sample video script we created to share with the awarded Freelancer for brainstorming - 4K video content (HDR, 120fps and 60fps content in MP4 H.265 format) produced by us using FPV Drones (beaches, nature, important business areas in PR, business areas in Miami) - Background images with no copyright (Security and Cloud) - Our logo in transparent format to be displayed in specific video sections - A PPT with the content to be added to the video (7-9 slides including title slide and end slide) - Background music with no Copyright - Video text (around 7 slides with bullets) that will appear as recommended by the Freelancer - AI translated audio files of the text content that will be displayed on the video (1 file per slide) - Royalty free IT images and videos from our primary security software vendor - We expect the Freelancer's company to provide an alternative script and/or recommended changes based on their experience and the video's target customer base / content - The video should be no more than 2-3 minutes according to best practices - The Freelancer awarded this project must upload daily updates of the video in process to our Cloud Drive so we can make adjustments (Agile) - The final version of the video must be ready before the second week of January 2023 - The consultant must use Davinci Resolve to create the project and provide a final copy of the project and all content used to create the final version of the video - Proposals must be fixed price detailing the above deliverables - Any scope changes, additions or modifications to the original deliverables agreed to during the planning sessions must be approved by us - Freelancer awarded the project must provide a statement that the video and all content is our intellectual property and will not be used by the Freelancer - The consultant must provide three customer references of similar jobs - The consultant must share a cloud-based area to look at past work - The final project file must be delivered no more than two weeks after project starts - The consultant must suggest and add the effects. transitions and additional content deemed important to achieve results We are very specific and picky with this simple project as we expect to partner with the selected Freelancer to work on a huge volume of video editing work, we expect to get via a new line of business we will launch next month
