About us We are an Australian based consulting firm with accounting, marketing, and HR departments. We provide consulting and advisory services with the ability to then implement as required. We are accredited by the government and have a large volume of work. Our CEO holds degrees in both accounting and IT, CPA Australia status, marketing qualifications, and an MBA from a leading Australian university. With 25 years’ experience he is recognised as a leader in his industry. Responsibilities • We are seeking an executive assistance (PA /VA) to work closely with the CEO and support our executive team • Project management of small projects • Research and document preparation • Managing effective and timely administrative systems and processes • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence • Screen emails • Grammar check emails and correspondence • Take minutes during meetings, draft agendas About the work culture Work can be completed remotely from your home. 80% of the hours must be completed within Sydney business hour time zone. We are seeking a single person. If you are an agency you need to provide the name of the person who would do the work. We prefer applications from individuals. An hourly rate of $7 AUD. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant • Perfect verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable internet connection. • Be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to think independently • Strong organisational, project management with multi-tasking abilities • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Strong IT skills in products such as Zoom, Team Viewer, Ultra Viewer • Friendly and professional demeanour Application process: 1. I have so many working experiences in Accountant Payable&Receivable&General Accounting area. And also, in the office management area like the HR recruiting and staff coordinating etc., Even if most of the experiences were in Shanghai China. But they are all for multinational company. I believe the principle is the same. Just a little regulation is different. So that the position is quite easy to be operated. And I have a lot of working experiences on ERP system like SAP and so on. I can't say that I am the most excellent candidate to apply for that position.
