Looking for a virtual assistant with a pleasant warm personality. You will be fielding incoming sales calls what will want to schedule work and quotes. At the same time you will reach out to technicians and forward work to them, follow up calls with clients to make sure the work has been done. Also you will be looking to recruit new technicians into the field of our niche market. I need someone who's able to handle my business responsibilities effectively, chiefly, appointment scheduling and data entry related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Scheduling appointments: This will involve seeing my availability and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to set times that work for all. 2. Data Entry and Research: You'll be tasked with numerous data entry and market research assignments. Accuracy and attention to detail are key here. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following software: - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - CRM Software Having proved experience in these tools is a major plus. I am flexible as far as work hours are concerned, so you can plan your schedule based on your preference. Fantastic organizational and multi-tasking skills will help you excel in this role.
