As an entrepreneur, I need an efficient, proactive Virtual Assistant to handle the following tasks: - Email management: Maintaining and organizing my inbox, ensuring all important mails are responded to and unnecessary ones are sorted out. - Calendar management: Scheduling deadlines, appointments and events on my calendar to optimize my time and responsibilities. - Data entry: Entering information into spreadsheets and databases accurately and in a timely manner. - Data searching: Surfing the internet to find relevant information for business growth and contacts relevant to daily requests - Communication with suppliers and businesses: You will liaise with my business partners, placing orders and ensuring smooth business operations. - If you have amazing graphic skills this will also be a plus I am looking for someone who can work within the hours of 7am-7pm uk time (these are negotiable hours due to difference in your time and mine). Regarding software, I primarily use Microsoft Excel and Trello for project management. Therefore, proficiency in these software programs is crucial. I am looking for someone to assist me for more than 20 hours per week. Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and proficient use of Excel and Trello is recommended. I am open to conversations. My budget is 300-400USD per month (every 30 days)
