Workstation configuration and AD scripting

We are deploying a couple hundred workstations in the near future. I'm looking for a single input (winforms or wpf) gui where the installer will input the location ID (XXXX), and a workstation ID (YY) click GO and the following happens: 1) If it doesn't exist, Domain User account is created called LocationXXXXManager. 2) New User is added to the "LocationManagers" domain security group. 2) Add that domain user to the local poweruser group on the workstation. 3) The workstation name is changed to LocationXXXXYY and added to the company domain. (requires a reboot). Specs are as follows: The domain credentials with authority to make these changes should be specified in code (ie not the default, logged in user). Deploying Windows XP workstations on a Windows Server 2003 domain. Deliver full solution source-code in C#.NET.
