CSS, HTML, Jquery programmer needed on-demand

We are developers of various JavaEE-based e-commerce sites but lack the skills necessary to make cosmetic changes. We are looking for the following skills: • Clean CSS Coder • Div-based HTML / HTML5 • jQuery, • AJAX/Javascript . We have designers making wonderful designs and great developers coding away, but we are missing the link between the design and code. If you have worked in this type of scenarios and are leader/teamplayer who can collaborate and sort out the changes needed to our codebase to make our sites look better, then this is a job for you. You need to be hands-on for this project and many more will come. That is, ask us for a PSD file and for FTP credentials, and get the job done fast and efficiently. We like for you to be concerned with various compatibilities issues, especially IE7+, Safari and the rest. Know where compromises can be made of download speeds vs cosmetic. Have a background in designing clean GUI or at least knowing when design doesn't feel right and needs changes. Would like for you to suggest ideas or AJAX components that can make our life easier and our pages become more functional. Able to orchestrate the various changes needed with our development team and make sure your changes represent what was originally sought. We also expect for you to build pages in accordance to site templates and be able to substitute Lorem-ipsum content as needed. We may require you to sign an NDA in cases where our clients ask us to. We work mostly in Skype and have a various teams abroad. Final budget will be agreed per project.
