Build two web sites based on Joomla both including webstores - repost

I need to build two websites.\\r\\nBoth sites must be based on Joomla and contain a webshop.\\r\\n1. [login to view URL]\\r\\nCopy the following site [login to view URL] (I am the legal agent for theis site in my country) \\r\\nIn addition to the products already featured I will add more categories of products. The webshop will have to work both as a sales tool and as a catalog.\\r\\nThe site must be able to be multilangual (Two languages, we will make the translation) \\r\\n\\r\\n2. [login to view URL]\\r\\nI would like to copy the site http://www.mr-fothergills.co.uk. Not so much the complete site, but the way the webshop works. with the categories displayd \\r\\non top as panes. \\r\\n(I have posted a project like this b4 and selected a freelancer thet garanteed that he could do the job.. 3 months after deadline he had to admit that he was unable to do the job.)
