Need home page design in psd format

I need a template designed for the home page of a new e-commerce site rather urgently. The details are as follows: 1. Please see the attached excel file for the exact layout that I need. 2. Your task will be to come up with a visually appealing design for this page, including all graphics/icons. I will provide the additional text required. 3. I need this in Photoshop psd format. No additional design/coding/implementation is necessary. 4. I need this done urgently. I will pick a provider today, and work with you over the weekend. I need this completed by about 9am EST on Mon, including any and all revisions. Kindly do not bid if you cannot work this weekend. 5. To apply, bid the exact amount you want for this project. Then send me a list of your TOP 5 RELEVANT designs from your portfolio as examples of your work. Do NOT send me large image files. And please don't send me more than 5 links with a form letter.
