Website design + HTML/CSS - repost

For our coming start-up, we are looking for highly professional graphic designers who can make a design for our website. What are our needs? We need a unique and modern layout for 3 pages, that will be given to us as psd-files with CSS and HTML. The selection of colours is up to you since we dont have a logo and a name for our website yet (if we are happy with the layout we would make a logo and more pages with you). In the beginning we would like to have three layout-examples for the website design from which we would choose one that will then be created by you for the three pages: 1. Startpage: Content: Placeholder-Logo , Login Button (login will be possible via registration on our site, via Facebook, Google+, Twitter and OpenID), Registration Button, Description of our service – 4 steps (placeholder text). 2. Main Page: Content: Navigation bar on top that includes a placeholder-logo, with home-icon, mailbox-icon and a friend-search-icon. The most important element of the main page will be a search bar (with auto-fill). Besides that, we need space for an update box where updates of friends will be shown (Updates will have an image and 4 lines of text). Another box will show an overview of book-pictures from the user. Ten of the books the user added to his/her profile will be shown with an image and text-information (name, category, type, date, date2). Also a rating, a recommendation button and an info of the likes will be shown. 3. Lightbox – Contact We need a lightbox/modal box that will be placed over the main page. The lightbox should include a contact form with dropdown-field, radio-buttons and search field. Also a send-button and an edit-button should be included. We will be able to pay max. 300 EUR.
