Sharepoint 2013 site configuration

Hi, We recently setup a fresh install of Sharepoint 2013 on our network. We need someone with Sharepoint experience to configure the site accordingly to our needs. What we need created: - A master page that lists all of our clients. - A template page created for managing our client information. We have an idea of the layout and how it should look. - pages will have thier own document repositories. - The template sites will need to be configured and we will need to be shown how to make clones of pages. We are experienced in Sharepoint 2007 and below, but we are not familiar with 2013. Which is why we are oursourcing this. We estimate that this would take about 2-3 hours for someone familiar with Sharepoint to set up to pages.
