Template Installed into E-Commerce 3D Cart

I need someone who has knowledge of 3D Cart to install a template. The template is here [login to view URL] and the landing page is here [login to view URL] This was coded by another freelancer who was also supposed to install it but really did not know how to install it into 3D Cart. So now I'm out a lot of money and left with this template that needs to be installed. You MUST have a working knowledge of 3D Cart! Do NOT bid if you don't. I do not know if the template needs to be altered in anyway but it is up to the freelancer to look at the coding of the template and decide whether or not it needs to be changed to be compatible with 3D Cart. I have no problem making a milestone payment for half the cost but I will not release a milestone payment until template is installed and I see it is working correctly. I will not pay extra if you realize later there needs to be changes to the existing template. So look at the coding before you bid. My budget is maximum budget is $100 and I will not pay more than $50 for the first milestone. I will pay in full after it is installed. Thank you for any help you can provide.
