Upgrading online store

Hi, I need a very skillled and competent web designer to upgrade our [login to view URL] store we want it exactly the same, but in magento. We have all the images and spreadsheet with all product details and unique codes. we just want to find out what we cando to improve the site. Our launch date is 30 days 18/8/12 We our a fashion company and want it to work exactly the same. But we need to have paypal standard, affiliate code working which is in our old site, and sagepay hosted payment pulled up through an iframe so it looks as if you never leave the site. Deadline 17/8/12 - no extensions - URGENT!!!!! We will provide you with the design of the site, and you just need to build it at the best price you can. Again we are pushed fr time with 30 day launch, but use our old website as the exact template on how we want it to work. Also all returns, and exchanges must work perfectly.
