Peepspower web page

There is a web page in South Africa called [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It is used by the public to complain or compliment companies that provide poor or good service. Basically a person registers and then writes a complaint or compliment on the web site. The company that is the subject of the complaint /compliment then receives an e mail advising them of the compliment / complaint and give them the details of the person who is complaining or paying a compliment and gives the company the opportunity to reply on line and contact the individual to try resolve the matter or than them. It also gives statistics of which companies are the best and worst at responding so that companies that provide poor service or good are then highlighted on the web page. The web page gives a customer a place to write the description of what the complaint or compliment is and them sends the e mail to the company. After a period of time an e mail is sent to the customer asking if the problem has been resolved, but it does not take responsibility for solving the problem, just following up. The web page host charges the companies a monthly amount for directing complaints or compliments to them an also there is advertising that appears on the page. IU would like to do exactly the same with my web page but make it a bit simpler as the hellopeter page is very cluttered and does not look inviting and easy to use. I also want to take it a step further and once the page is up and running allow people to send a complaint to us where they don't have time to get satisfaction for themselves, and for a percentage or flat fee we will try resolve the matter for the client with the company and get a refund or exchange or whatever the client requires. The web page must also have a section where people can moan about things that bug them that we as a company can start working on using people power. I have registered a domain called peepspower which I will use or grouppower which is still available. the idea is to use the web page to mobilise people to take action against unjust and unfair practices. For example why should people have to pay to park at a shopping centre when they are going to spend their money there at the shops. It is making money for a service that should be provided for free. So a page where people can list their grievances and there must be an ability to communicate on line with all people who are registered so that we can start using people power to stop the unfair practices. There must also be a newsletter or blog page. Ok, I think that is everything, but have a look at the hellopeter web page and see how it works to get an idea of what my basic requirements are.
