We have an existing website that was originally designed in HTML format. I would like this website converted to a CMS format that can easily be edited in Wordpress or similar. Along with the conversion we would like a few changes to the web design to give it a fresh appearance, an animated CSS header, and an in-built blog page built (currently we are using Tumblr for our blog, but would prefer it to be a part of the main site). The current website is relatively simple with a home page, three sub-menus, and a further 30 (approx.) pages. Each page has text and 1 or 2 photos. There may be opportunities for further work for the successful bidder.
