Build an online calculator for hydrogen called "How Blue is your H2"

How Blue is your H2 – online calculator Scope Create an interactive single webpage overlaid on a full page background graphic. The interactive elements will allow users to set input variables within a defined range using sliders or dials. These input variables will be used to calculate multiple numerical and graphical outputs and display them on the background graphic. The outputs should update real time as the user changes the input to they can see the impact their adjustments are having on the outputs. The graphic has already been created and will be supplied in a suitable format. Input data: 5 user defined varibles 16 constants Output data: 36 output variables displayed either as tabulated number or in a chart. All necessary calculations are pre-defined in an Excel spreadsheet which will be supplied. Inputs will initially be set to pre-defined default values and a restore defaults button would be advantagous. Additional functionality A “nice to have” would be for explanatory pop-ups to appear when the user hovers over the various input fields to provide them with a little more information/context. A print function to allow users to print out their input selections and corresponding results. A link will be required to an explanatory / introductory page which links back to the calculator. The explanatory text will be provided in MSWord or PDF format Intended viewing platforms The page is intended to be viewed primarily on a laptop or desktop computer although it is likely it will also be used on mobile platforms. For the mobile version we envisage that there will be no background graphic and only the input and output data will be displayed. We have already had one attempt at creating this, but the results did not meet our requirements. A screenshot of the current attempt is shown below to provide some additional context. This currently requires scrolling from top to bottom to view the whole graphic and the outputs are static, requiring inputs to be adjusted followed by hitting the “Calculate” button.
