I'm looking for someone to convert my PSD website design to a fully responsive Wordpress website. There are 2 PSD files. 1 homepage and 1 content page What I Need: - someone who knows what they are doing - convert my psd template to Wordpress theme with minimal changes in design (I want it to be exactly the same) - good communication skills - can take directions and meet my websites needs No time wasters!!
