Website For Private Hire Company

We are a private hire company specialising in airport transfers and out of town travel (nights out, Sporting Events, weddings, race meetings etc). We also undertake business/corporate work both standard and bespoke travel. This job is to redesign our existing website, to our requirements but with scope and room for designer suggestions. We like the use of limited colours creating that professional sleek look. ([login to view URL]) Your bid will be for: - The design of the website - Guidance on hosting (we are currently looking at the likes of fasthosts) - The uploading of the website onto the hosting platform. - As we have limited coding skills, you will document how we can make amendments to basic items such as texts and images. The website general requirements:- - Fast loading - Stylish and easy to viewing - auto resizing/adapting to viewing in various modes (computer/tablet/phone etc) - Fully seo friendly/ready (if you wish to add a bid for monthly seo services we will be happy to consider) - We like the layout of our current website ([login to view URL]) but want the ability to add more content and want better images. Website Specific requirements Website Header: - Our current header just doesn't look right. The logo should be more prominent, whilst our contact details remain clearly visible (Telephone, WhatsApp & email). At the bottom of the header, maybe as the separating from the content we want a highlighted or flashing line of text "We do not accept same day bookings" Sections :- We like the way the website is sectioned off, breaking down the reading requirements. Each section has the button for BOOK NOW, which we like, but it should be GET QUOTE and not BOOK NOW A simple horizontal menu above the sections would minimise the need to scroll down to required section. For the sections we don't specify below, we want to be able to edit text and images with ease. CLIENT TESTIMONIALS:- In this section we want our Reviews from Google to be show. Possibly 1 at a time but self scrolling to next and so on.... OUR SERVICES :- We want to change this section slightly at the top of this section we want the user to be able to choose between Domestic/public services and Corporate/Business services (2 separate buttons or clearly clickable images) but not further information until they have chosen. Once chosen we want either section to then show images and text as it currently does. However there will be 2 variants of these services depending on which (domestic or business) option they chose. Which ever they choose we want at the top of the section the option for the user to switch to the other option (if they chose domestic the the option to hamge to business and vise versa). THE FORM - the form is currently how we need it. Dynamic when user answers the airport transfer question. When it comes to the form changing when the customer selects an airport transfer we want a couple of additional additions: If the customers selects yes for the return journey home we want an additional drop down choice with 2 options, each option displaying its description at the side (we will provide short description at later time) 1) Standard Airport Collection 2) Meet & Greet Service +£10 From this choice we want another dynamic part which only shows dependent on information input by user. If option 1 chosen and the time landing is between 21:00 and 06:00 we want an additional field to appear headed FREE Service (with a small 1 line description to be provided later) thus will be a further drop down box with the following options: 1) No Thank You 2) Full Fat Milk 3) Semi Skimmed 4) Skimmed If option 2 (Meet & Greet) is chosen regardless of the landing time we want 2 further drop down boxes Milk 1) Full Fat Milk 2) Semi Skimmed 3) Skimmed Bread 1) White 2) Brown Apart from wanting it to be more visually pleasing this is to remain the same. As stated colour scheme wise we are happy with what we have and generally like the layout of our website, we just want it to look better.
