Big2 Poker AI in C++

I have an existing AI for Big2 poker written in Visual C++. I need to improve it to make it a better player and mimic as much as possible a human player, with something like random timeout before making a move. This is a mania process. I would like some smart, like I set the number of minimum players per game and the bot will automatically create new players or delete players if human p,ayers join in.
